Terms of Service
The conditions for using Warisha AI's web and Android services, including AI limitations, acceptable use and account deletion.
Using Warisha
You may use Warisha through an authorized account and must provide accurate registration information, protect your credentials, and notify the operator of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
AI limitations
Warisha generates probabilistic AI output that may be incomplete or incorrect. It is not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, engineering, emergency, or mental-health professionals. Verify high-impact information and do not rely on Warisha for emergency services.
Actions and confirmations
Warisha may prepare writing, translations, plans, calculations, searches, summaries, and other supported results. External communications, deletion, financial activity, sensitive actions, irreversible changes, or actions affecting another person require appropriate permission or confirmation. Warisha must not claim an external action succeeded without a completed tool result.
Your content
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant the operator only the limited rights required to store, process, synchronize, retrieve, and generate responses from that content according to your settings. You must have permission to upload or process third-party content.
Acceptable use
Do not use Warisha to break the law, abuse or exploit another person, compromise systems, distribute malware, evade access controls, impersonate others, infringe rights, or interfere with service availability. Automated abuse and attempts to extract credentials or private user data are prohibited.
Availability and limits
The service may impose per-user limits, file-size limits, or temporary queues. Free infrastructure and third-party AI services may pause, rate-limit, or change. Saved requests may continue later, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
Privacy and account deletion
Use of Warisha is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Account deletion permanently removes the account and active private records — including any training data and voice recordings associated with you, which are erased within 30 days — subject to backup, security, fraud-prevention, and legal retention requirements.
Ownership
Warisha software, branding, persona specifications, and curated materials remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not grant permission to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse protected product materials except where applicable law permits.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Warisha is provided as available without warranties of accuracy, fitness, or uninterrupted operation. Liability is limited to the extent allowed by applicable law; rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Governing terms and changes
Warisha is operated by Velocitiq Solutions (Islamabad, Pakistan). These terms are governed by applicable law in Pakistan, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
