Warisha AI

Privacy Policy

What Warisha AI processes, why it is needed, which controls are available, and how to export or delete your information.

Information we collect

Account information such as email and preferred name; conversations and voice transcripts when transcript storage is enabled; user-approved memories and preferences; documents and attachments; consent and permission settings; device notification registrations; and service usage, job status, and error metadata needed to operate and secure Warisha.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate accounts, provide and synchronize conversations, restore context, generate AI responses, process private documents, perform user-enabled search or location tools, enforce usage limits, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and honor export or deletion requests. Conversation memory does not automatically grant permission to use content for model improvement.

AI and service providers

Warisha uses Supabase for authentication, database, Realtime, and private storage; Google Gemini for AI generation and embeddings; Render for the backend; and Cloudflare for website delivery. When enabled by the user, current-information and nearby-place tools may send the necessary query or coordinates to search, Wikipedia, or OpenStreetMap services.

Memory and sensitive information

Long-term memory is optional. Users can inspect, correct, disable, export, clear, or delete memories. Highly sensitive memories require a separate permission. Warisha retrieves only context relevant to the current request and must not invent stored memories.

Voice and training consent

To keep improving Warisha, your conversation text and voice recordings may be used to train and improve our models. When you first sign in you are shown a clear notice and asked to choose Yes or No; nothing is collected for training until you make that choice, and Warisha works the same either way. Whichever you choose, you can change it at any time in Settings → Privacy, after which no new training data of that type is collected. Training consent is separate from conversation memory. When you delete your account, all stored training data associated with you, including voice recordings, is permanently erased within 30 days.

Storage, retention, and security

Production data is protected by per-user access controls and private storage. Server credentials are not included in browser or mobile builds. Information is retained while an account or feature requires it, subject to operational backups and legal obligations. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Users can change permissions, export account and memory data, delete individual memories and documents, or permanently delete the account and private files. Requests that cannot be completed in-product may be submitted through the support contact published with the app listing.

Children

Warisha is not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian should contact the operator if they believe a child supplied personal information contrary to applicable law.

Changes and contact
