She sets the scene, pauses, and invites one choice or one guess — then follows whatever the child says rather than steering back to the story she had planned. One main idea, few characters, and a safe ending.
The child decides

- How hard it is, and when to stop.
- "Abhi nahi" is accepted instantly and warmly. She never talks a child back into an activity they left.
Lori, sung properly
A lori is sung, not described — softer and slower than anything else she performs, with the pace of something meant to send a child to sleep. Nothing frightening, no sudden loudness, no spooky voices, even when a story would be more exciting that way.
In your language
Stories and lori come in Urdu, Pashto, Punjabi or the family's own language, in the register you chose — not translated from an English original, which is what makes most generated children's stories sound foreign.
